Euclid Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes and directory collections concerning Euclid, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy or republish the service content at scale
- Disrupt the service’s operation or security
3. Consumer Reporting Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The original text, design, logo and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page or quoting a brief attributed excerpt is welcome. Republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not permitted.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision signifies acceptance.
10. Access Restrictions
We may restrict or block access, at our discretion and without notice, for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions are subject to the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code §149.43, and the relevant custodian’s lawful exemptions and procedures.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
